I have been a confidence coach for 10 years now and in that time there have been some common themes and solutions to aid my clients self esteem, self belief and emotional intelligence.
I thought I would share some of the areas in which people who felt affected by confidence have overcome them by working on these areas. This is not a comprehensive list but consists of the main ingredients that can be worked on.
